SUMMARY:Animation Studio: Digital & Stop Motion | Summer In-Person Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Bring characters and stories to life in this animation workshop! Mornings will focus on digital animation\, where students will learn keyframe techniques and motion graphics using digital tools. In the afternoon\, students will explore stop-motion animation\, experimenting with physical materials and frame-by-frame techniques to create their own animated shorts.\n \n\nDates:    Aug 11-15 \nChoose Between: \nFull Day: 10:00-4:00 PM ET \nMorning: 10:00-12:30 PM ET \nAfternoon: 1:30-4:00 PM ET \nTo ensure flexibility\, students can enroll in full or half-day options. \nPrice: \n$169 per half-day week  \n$209 per full-day week \n\nIn-Person Workshop Information & Policies  \n\nRegistration Policy: All registrations for our weeklong workshops are non-refundable to ensure proper staffing and planning for each session.\nEarly Drop-Off & Late Pick-Up: Supervised care is available before (9:00–10:00 AM) and after (4:00–5:00 PM)workshops at a rate of $15 per hour\, per student. For inquiries\, contact info@techkidsunlimited.org.\nLunch Break: Full-day participants have lunch from 12:30–1:30 PM. Students should bring their own lunch and may choose to eat inside 370 Jay St. or go out independently.\nAge Groups: Summer weeklong workshops are for students ages 10–24. Participants will be grouped by age: 10–15 and 16–24.\nCommunity Agreements: Before the workshop begins\, students and families must read and sign the Community Contracts & Student Handbook to ensure all participants understand workshop expectations.\nTechnology: TKU will provide laptops and other necessary technology to participate. \nEmail Access: We recommend students have access to their own email address to log into workshop tools independently and continue using them after the workshop ends.\nFriday Student Showcase: Parents & caregivers are invited to the Friday Student Showcase at 3:15 PM each week to see what students have created.\n\nEnroll Now
