Future Centered Care (FCC) provides custom case management services to neurodivergent adults and their families across NYC and Westchester County.\n\n\n____________________________________________________________________________________________________________\n\n\nAbout the Speakers\nAllison Kleinman\, LCSW\nFounder and CEO of Future Centered Care\n\nAllison has been working since 2009 as a professional and advocate for people with I/DD and mental health challenges and their families. She is focused on and dedicated to improving employment\, housing\, and future care options for this community. Allison was the founding director of The Jack and Shirley Silver Center for Diverse Abilities at the Marlene Meyerson JCC in Manhattan\, where her connection and commitment to this population began. Allison’s approach has been to develop individualized paths for all people to connect to community and realize a sense of belonging. She is inspired by the incredible parent partners\, self-advocates and champions in this field and understands the need for collaboration and persistence to improve outcomes and affect change for the future. \nAlex LoPinto\, LCSW\nChief Growth Officer \nAlex has been working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities professionally for over 15 years.  Alex studied Psychology and Disability Studies at Hofstra University before attending the Columbia School of Social Work.  Her second year placement led her to the Jack and Shirley Silver Center for Diverse Abilities at the Marlene Meyerson JCC in Manhattan where she worked under Allison\, conducting intake assessments\, facilitating support groups\, directing social programs and connecting families with necessary resources and referrals. In recent years\, she completed the Self Direction broker training which informs her current work supporting families at FCC. Her career began in the Education Department at the Guggenheim Museum\, followed by serving as the Founding Education Director at Eyebeam\, and later consulting for more than 20 museums and community organizations across New York City. Beth is currently a faculty member in the Department of Technology\, Culture and Society at NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
