DESCRIPTION:The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Level Up Tech Program is a virtual course tailored for neurodiverse students aged 18 to 26. This program aims to teach participants about digital marketing by exploring various relevant topics\, equipping them with valuable skills and industry knowledge.\nThe virtual course is the first phase of a ten-month initiative in which TKU has partnered with AHRC and Bridges to Work. This collaboration is designed to offer a well-rounded experience that enhances participants’ skills and improves their employment prospects. The program consists of three main components: upskilling through TKU\, internship opportunities facilitated by AHRC NYC\, and connections to potential employers through Bridges to Work. Participants are expected to commit to completing all three phases of the program.\n  \nRegistration deadline was extended – last day to enroll is Oct. 18\, 2024.\n \nWho Is This For?\n\nAges 18 to 26\nOpen to Neurodiverse Learners\nLocal to NYC metro area\n\nWhat Will I Get From This Program?\n\nUpskilling with TKU: Take our virtual course and become a digital marketing pro.\nInternships with AHRC NYC: Get real-world experience through internship opportunities. Participants must be enrolled to ACCES-VR by January 2025 to  be eligible.\nJob support with Bridges to Work: Access employment services and resources to help you find a job.\n\nWhen Will I Learn?\nThe Digital Marketing & E-commerce LUT program is a five-month virtual course that runs from October 2024 to January 2025\, with sessions scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm EST. Course starts on Tuesday October 8\, 2024. Full list of dates will be shared with registered participants. \n\n  30 sessions\n ‍  Live virtual teaching\n  Tuesdays & Thursdays\, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm EST\n\nLearning Objectives\n\nMaster the basics: Learn how to reach people online\, turn them into customers\, and understand the digital marketing industry.\nGet hands-on experience: Practice key skills through fun activities and projects.\nPrepare for the future: Gain skills needed for entry-level jobs such as digital marketing assistant or social media coordinator.\n\nAccepting Applications!\n  \nEnroll Now \n  \n  \nThis program is generously supported by NYC ETC and Google.org.
