Get career-ready with a work-based learning program! We offer both long-term and short-term opportunities year-round, designed to integrate real-world experiences with classroom learning. Open to students ages 16-24, our programs follow the NYSED Work-Based Learning Framework, guiding participants through the stages of Career Awareness, Career Exploration, and Career Development.

Digital Agency (DA)
Create projects for clients and receive a stipend. This virtual after-school program for participants with advanced tech skills ages 16 to 24.
Level Up Tech (LUT)
Level up your skills with programs that explore different career paths and build job-ready skills through programs made for students ages 16–24.
Plugged In Network
For participants of past programs ages 16+, this program meets monthly for peers to connect, learn from guest speakers and workshop job and college ready skills.
Creative Tech Internship (CTI)
Build your skills and portfolio at a year-long program where students collaborate on individual and team-based tech projects. Strengthen workplace readiness, practice collaboration, and earn school credit while gaining hands-on experience.

Career Readiness Internship Summer Program (CRISP)
Gain real-world experience through an invite-only summer internship program for advanced Tech Unlimited students. Work 20 hours a week at external worksites matched to your skills and interests, while receiving support from Tech Unlimited staff.
