Dr. Arista leads research and program development to close the gap in services that individuals with disabilities experience after high school. Her work focuses on improving transition supports and pre-employment programming for students, with the disability community involved as co-creators. She also collaborates on NASA’s Neurodiversity Network, which creates pathways to STEM careers for neurodiverse learners.
