What type of aid is available?
Tech Unlimited offers partial financial aid. We offer sliding-scale discounts based on the information you share in your financial aid application.

Who is eligible?
If you have any extenuating circumstances whether financial or otherwise, please feel free to apply as we do not limit decisions solely on income.

How is aid determined?
Amount of aid per student is determined based on a number of factors including: how much allotted funding Tech Unlimited has for a particular program, and the information provided in the form. We ask questions in the form regarding your circumstances such as: how many children you have in your household, how many people are working in your household, your income, and more.

Do I have to reapply for financial aid every season?
Yes, we ask that you fill out a financial aid form for each program you would like a reduced fee. Contact: [email protected] to see if this can be waived to use information from previous applications.

Use Self–Direction to Participate at TU?
Students who are enrolled in Self-Direction through the New York Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) can pay for Tech Unlimited workshops with Self–Direction funds.
Self–Direction empowers enrolled individuals to choose services and supports that work best for them.
You must indicate that these are community classes on your invoice to your financial broker.
