Tech Unlimited Launches LEV: A Free, Neurodiverse-First Lesson Platform for Educators
Tech Unlimited today announced the launch of LEV (Learning. Exploration. Versatility.), a free, ready-to-use Library of project-based technology lessons designed to help educators create more inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning experiences.
Built with neurodiverse learners in mind and grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and social-emotional learning (SEL) principles, LEV provides flexible learning experiences that help students build digital fluency, collaboration skills, and confidence.
Co-created in partnership with experienced teachers and social workers, LEV offers educators two flexible ways to create engaging learning experiences: the LEV Library, a collection of ready-to-use project-based lessons, and the LEV Studio, an AI-powered instructional design tool that helps educators create original lessons with confidence.
“At Tech Unlimited, we believe all students deserve access to learning environments where they can build skills, express themselves, and feel supported in how they learn. By combining project-based learning, social-emotional development, and neuroinclusive design, LEV lessons help educators meet students where they are with engaging, confidence-building experiences.”
Stephanie Borgman · Board Co-President, Tech Unlimited
“LEV reflects the heart of Tech Unlimited’s mission: creating learning environments where every young person feels empowered to create, contribute, and succeed. We believe technology education should be inclusive and deeply human. Our vision is to make engaging, supportive learning accessible to every classroom and community learning environment.”
Beth Rosenberg · Executive Director, Tech Unlimited
Built on the belief that learning is done best in social settings, LEV embeds social-emotional learning directly into creative technology projects, helping students connect learning to self-awareness, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving.
“LEV was designed to work across all kinds of learning environments — classrooms, homeschool settings, after-school programs, summer camps, and small-group enrichment spaces. The goal is to give educators flexible tools they can adapt to the learners in front of them while ensuring social-emotional learning is core to the experience.”
Hunter Soileau · Licensed social worker, LEV lesson plan development
LEV includes a growing Library of modular lessons designed to integrate easily into existing curriculum and support diverse learning needs across a wide range of educational environments. Lesson topics include creating digital music, designing games and creative coding. To learn more about LEV and access free lessons, visit techunlimited.org/lev.
