Tech Kids Unlimited Announces New Name: Tech Unlimited
Reflecting growth, maturity, and possibility for neurodiverse students
Brooklyn, NY [September 15, 2025] — Tech Kids Unlimited, the nonprofit that empowers neurodiverse students through technology and work-based learning education, is excited to announce a new name: Tech Unlimited.
The name change reflects the organization’s evolution from a grassroots youth program into a comprehensive ecosystem where neurodiverse youth, teens and young adults build technology skills, develop work-readiness competencies, and prepare for college, careers, and independent life.
Core programs like the Creative Tech Internship Program, Digital Agency and CRISP (Career Ready Internship Summer Program) underscore Tech Unlimited’s strategic pivot from general tech exposure to structured career pathways. Beyond technology skills, the organization provides high staff-to-student support, social-emotional learning, and career guidance helping students thrive in classrooms, workplaces, and life.
“Removing ‘Kids’ from our name signals the maturity and ambition of our students,” said Beth Rosenberg, Executive Director and Founder. “Tech Unlimited reflects both our growth and the limitless possibilities ahead for the diverse minds we serve.”
“Just like our students, the organization has grown up. We’ve gone from introducing tech to kids to preparing neurodiverse students for work, independence, and unlimited futures. Dropping ‘kids’ from our name reflects who we are now—and where we’re headed.” Paul Jeruchimowitz, Co-President, Tech Unlimited and Senior Managing Director, Accenture
“What inspires me most about Tech Unlimited is watching students discover that the way they think is not a limitation, but a superpower. By combining technology, innovation, and community, Tech Unlimited gives neurodiverse young people a place to connect, grow, and believe in their unlimited futures.” Stephanie Borgman, Co-President, Tech Unlimited and Former Chief of Staff & Site Program Manager, Google, Sydney, Australia
“Tech Unlimited is filling a critical gap by preparing neurodiverse students not just with technology skills, but with the confidence and readiness to succeed in college and the workplace. Their evolution reflects the growing recognition that neurodiversity is an asset to our future workforce.” Ryan Linden, Board Member, Head of Solutions Delivery and CS Growth, MURAL
“All journeys require patience,” said Tonya Blazio, Parent of a Tech Unlimited Student “When my son T. arrived at (then) Tech Kids Unlimited, he was eight years old. While initially curious about computers, he found greater interest in the socialization and community he discovered. Fast forward to the present day, and the computer has become an extension of his hands-on creativity. The team at Tech Unlimited embodies the concept of “possible,” which encompasses boundless possibilities. By embracing this understanding, we can collectively strive for a more fulfilling life.”
“My son has benefited greatly from Tech Unlimited’s programs and internship/career development opportunities. He has gained computer skills, employment readiness training, and self-confidence which will serve him well as he transitions out of school and into his next chapter as an adult. Equally as important, he has made friends, both neurotypical and neurodiverse, that he otherwise would not have encountered at school or in his neighborhood.” – Loren Busby, Parent of Tech Unlimited Student
“I’ve had a bird’s-eye view of my son’s growth with Tech Kids Unlimited. At 16, he was a reserved and uncertain autistic teen; now, at 22, he is a confident college student with unlimited possibilities. The new name, Tech Unlimited, reflects that the safe, supportive space created for his neurodiversity doesn’t end with age, it continues as he builds his future.” Carol Jean-Francois, Parent of Tech Unlimited Student
At Tech Unlimited, neurodiversity is seen as a strength and a driver of creativity, inclusion, and innovation. The new name affirms the nonprofit’s belief in ensuring every young person’s life is unlimited.
This website rebrand is supported by a grant awarded to Tech Unlimited by New York State through the ConnectALL program.
